Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative lifecycle of industrial refrigeration maintenance contracts, from initial registration to final billing
• Support sales teams and sector managers in drafting new contracts and processing renewals
• Pre-qualify maintenance visits and monitor contract execution and profitability
• Participate in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) missions to ensure operational standards
• Coordinate with commercial, operational, and technical teams on industrial refrigeration projects

Requirements

• Training in climate engineering or administrative and commercial management
• Experience working within a technical and complex industrial environment
• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and operations
• Proficiency with Oracle, Visual Planning, and Service Max
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and synthesize data
