Contract Manager Heat Networks

Responsibilities

• Effectively organize contract management, balancing people and resources
• Lead and manage the operational team
• Ensure quality of service, maintenance, and fault analysis
• Identify potential follow-up projects
• Maintain optimal customer satisfaction through regular consultation
• Manage financial aspects of contracts
• Stay updated on relevant technical market developments

Requirements

• MBO level 4 diploma, preferably in a technical field
• Relevant experience in managing and maintaining heat networks or building installations (W and/or E)
• Strong organizational and structured working style
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and future-focused mindset
