Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute contract implementation to maximize value and compliance
• Track and report key performance indicators
• Lead the Supplier Performance Evaluation (SPE) process
• Implement supplier development activities to improve performance and reduce costs
• Manage supplier-related complaints and claim settling
• Coordinate purchasing orders and escalate availability issues
• Execute risk management plans to secure supply
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new SKU creation and material implementation
• Perform market scans and engage in negotiations for purchasing agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in procurement or chemical engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a multi-national company
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
• Proficiency in SAP, BW, and Microsoft Office
• Highly developed communication and networking skills
• Proficient in English
