Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract management across B2B and B2G segments
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts
• Enforce contract governance frameworks and ensure compliance with local procurement laws
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-award to post-award and close-out
• Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify risks
• Act as a key advisor to internal stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations
• Monitor contract performance and manage amendments, variations, and renewals
• Implement and manage contract management systems and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or legal/commercial roles
• Proven experience handling complex contracts and negotiations
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in contract management systems and ERP tools like Oracle
• Strong analytical, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills
