Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of four Site Coordinators across multiple client sites in the Mandurah region.
• Provide commercial oversight, including managing pricing requests, cost control, and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ad hoc client and operational requests.
• Ensure consistent service delivery across all solid waste streams.
• Partner with frontline operational teams and support staff to drive performance and service outcomes.
• Maintain strong, proactive relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Contract Manager or similar commercially focused role.
• Background working within waste, industrial services, or maintenance environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue optimization and profitability.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites with minimal supervision.
• Confident communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior management.
