Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for requests from courts, law enforcement, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies in Austria and the EU
• Manage the full lifecycle of legal case files, including assessment, response drafting, and secure archiving
• Oversee the lawful disclosure of user data and account information in compliance with regional legal frameworks
• Support the handling of user complaints and regulatory correspondence to ensure appropriate legal positioning
• Liaise with internal Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support departments to facilitate coordinated case handling
• Maintain up-to-date legal logs and records to ensure transparency and audit readiness
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Austria and the EU that impact case management or disclosure obligations

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB, JD, Mag. iur., LL.M., or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in-house, at a regulatory authority, or within a law firm
• Strong understanding of Austrian and EU laws regarding international contract law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance
• Experience handling official legal requests such as court orders or administrative inquiries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment with high integrity
