Contract Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of assigned contracts from signature through closeout to ensure all parties meet contractual obligations
• Manage the preparation, negotiation, and execution of change orders and time extensions in accordance with contract terms
• Partner with project managers, procurement, finance, and legal teams to provide proactive contract guidance and support
• Monitor contract financial performance, tracking variations, liquidated damages, and other commercial impacts
• Provide key support and management for construction or related claims
• Facilitate change management meetings and maintain relevant logs and documentation
• Ensure financial tracking tools, cost dashboards, and KPI reporting are updated and accurate
• Assist project delivery teams in ensuring all contractual entitlements are submitted and recovered
• Develop templates, playbooks, and standardized processes to improve administration efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration or project cost management
• Bachelor's Degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering, or a related subject
• Experience with large General Contractors or large-scale product suppliers is preferred
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional project teams and stakeholders
