Contract Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to a diverse set of customers and stakeholders
• Prepare, negotiate, execute, and administer complex legally binding contractual agreements
• Coordinate proposal development activities across cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timeliness
• Administer and interpret complex contracts throughout the entire acquisition and product lifecycle
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
• Summarize complex contractual issues and assist in developing creative solutions and risk mitigation strategies
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a business-related function (e.g., Finance, Contracts, Procurement, or Business Operations)
• 1+ years of experience building and maintaining customer relationships
• 1+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with Aircraft Programs
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, USG, or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and organizational skills
