Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and optimize transportation and logistics contracts to ensure they are legally sound and business-efficient.
• Align legal requirements with business objectives to support cost optimization and operational effectiveness.
• Support procurement processes and tender activities to establish competitive and well-structured agreements.
• Monitor contract performance and oversee compliance with agreed-upon terms.

• Monitor changes in the transport market and waste management regulations to provide practical implementation advice.

Requirements

• Law degree, legal background, or a legal-focused economics degree.
• Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or working within a regulated environment.

• Ability to interpret and apply complex legislation within a business context.
