Contract Management Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and monitoring of active contracts to ensure compliance with deadlines, clauses, and contractual obligations.
• Manage billing processes, payment controls, collections, and the financial tracking of contracts.
• Control annual contractual adjustments, prepare calculations and accounting entries, and monitor billing status.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies with clients, including invoice validation and mediation of rejections.
• Prepare monthly revenue and provision reports and support alignment meetings with internal teams such as Commercial and Finance.

Requirements

• Student (4th year or higher) or recent graduate in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
• Experience in billing, financial control, or contract management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, organized, and highly motivated to grow within the company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with M3 systems.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish.
