Contract Logistics Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of Customer Service Specialists to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
• Ensure the team responds to customer requests promptly and resolves issues, complaints, or disputes professionally.
• Oversee the processing of received orders and their successful handover to warehouse operations.
• Manage customer communication regarding order status and potential delays or issues.
• Supervise the preparation of cycle count reports, invoices, and data entry for system accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers regarding billing submissions and monitor for any discrepancies in tax invoices.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement solutions to enhance data quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure full compliance with all customer contractual obligations.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction to a professional team.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of logistics and warehousing operations.
