Contract Logistics 1st Shift Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop team performance through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Drive a culture of belonging and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all associates
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs
• Ensure shipments are accurate, products are counted, and all records/reports are completed on time
• Maintain warehouse security and ensure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans and remain flexible to work overtime as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Must hold US citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts
