Contract Legal Senior

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts ranging from low to high complexity
• Perform contract redlining and propose substantive improvements to terms
• Support the development of client playbooks, negotiation guides, and contract operations artifacts
• Analyze existing contracts to identify material changes and develop negotiation guidelines
• Collaborate with client in-house counsel and subject matter experts to ensure compliance with legal standards and business objectives
• Identify and escalate complex matters to client legal or business teams

Requirements

• J.D., Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent legal qualification
• 3–5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts
• Proven experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
• Experience managing template-based contracts of varying complexity
• Strong ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities in legal processes and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in procurement specifically within the healthcare sector
• Familiarity with NDAs, BAAs, MSAs, Software License Agreements, and SOWs
• Experience managing procurement categories such as Professional Services, Enterprise Services, Healthcare Operations, or IT
