Contract Group Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of road maintenance contracts within the public procurement sector in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality of execution, and adherence to schedules.
• Ensure the technical condition of roads meets contractual obligations and maintenance standards.
• Maintain close cooperation and communication with clients, investors, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate cooperation terms and perform analysis of incoming offers.
• Develop and control work schedules, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage task budgets, monitor financial results, and report on contract performance.
• Plan and analyze upcoming infrastructure contracts and manage all necessary contract documentation.
• Organize and coordinate team activities.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (technical background preferred).
• Management experience within the road or construction industry.
• Proven experience in cooperating with subcontractors.
• Practical knowledge of construction processes and experience in field supervision.
• Readiness for field work, with contract locations situated in eastern Poland.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to react quickly to emerging challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Construction or industry-specific qualifications are a plus.
