Contract Group Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of road maintenance contracts within the public procurement sector in Southern Poland
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality of execution, and schedule compliance
• Ensure the technical condition of roads meets contractual obligations and maintenance standards
• Maintain close cooperation and communication with clients, investors, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Negotiate cooperation terms and perform analysis of incoming offers
• Create and control work schedules, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions
• Manage task budgets, monitor financial results, and report on contract performance
• Plan and analyze upcoming infrastructure contracts and manage all necessary contract documentation
• Organize and coordinate team activities

Requirements

• Higher education degree (technical background preferred)
• Management experience within the road or construction industry
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors
• Practical knowledge of construction processes and experience in field supervision
• Readiness for field work across Southern Poland
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid Category B driving license
• Construction or industry-specific qualifications are a plus
