Contract Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post contract requirements for the Infrastructure Department’s Portfolio
• Ensure compliance with framework agreements and Work Orders
• Support Programme Directors in the engagement of Contractors and Consultants
• Manage commercial relationships and monitor Contractor/Consultant performance via KPIs
• Review draft contracts and lead contractual negotiations
• Certify payments and audit contractor accounts
• Review compensation event applications and early warning notifications
• Oversee the tendering and evaluation processes
• Build and lead a team of Contract Administrators

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in contract management and administration
• Extensive experience with the NEC suite of contracts
• Proven expertise in claims management and performance management frameworks
• Experience managing multiple complex contractual arrangements
• Ability to lead a team of 1-3 people
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and report writing skills
• Proficiency with CEMAR and Unifier
• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of NEC contract management within the aviation industry
• Experience building Key Performance Indicator libraries
