About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the daily management of high-profile maintenance and repair contracts in South Wales
- Coordinate the on-time delivery of maintenance and repair works
- Maintain regular customer communication and deliver reports regarding equipment repairs or upgrades
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries to minimize escalations
- Support the preparation of quotations for repair and upgrade works
- Extract data from CRM systems to assist customers with regulatory and statutory compliance
- Assist the operational team with complaint investigations and resolutions
Requirements
- Experience in the building services industry, ideally with field service delivery
- Experience in workload planning and scheduling within an engineering environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in service contract delivery for large-scale customers
