Contract Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and coordinate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal institutional policies
• Identify and flag contractual risks, escalating complex matters to the Director of Finance and Procurement or Legal Department
• Support the implementation of risk mitigation measures and contractual safeguards
• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding contractual matters
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on key provisions such as deliverables, payment terms, and liabilities
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including preparation, execution, and maintenance
• Monitor key contractual milestones, including renewal and expiry dates
• Support the continuous improvement of contract templates, standard clauses, and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business law, commercial law, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial contract support
• Must be a current resident of Qatar with a valid Qatar ID
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Arabic or French is an advantage
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and procurement processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience working within the GCC region
