About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the contractual and claims management process during project execution
- Act as the single point of contact for contractors regarding claims and formal correspondence
- Manage variations, change orders, and amendments through systematic documentation
- Monitor contract milestones, program deviations, and performance metrics
- Support procurement in negotiating settlement agreements for claims and disputes
- Supervise and monitor bank bonds, performance securities, and insurance certificates
- Communicate contract terms, including FIDIC obligations, to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract and claims management, specifically under FIDIC
- Proven track record in executing complex industrial or infrastructure projects
- Mandatory knowledge of LOPSRM and RLOPSRM
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong legal awareness and negotiation skills
- Experience with CAPEX project lifecycles and documentation
