Contract & Claim Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contractual and claims management process during project execution
• Act as the single point of contact for contractors regarding claims and formal correspondence
• Manage variations, change orders, and amendments through systematic documentation
• Monitor contract milestones, program deviations, and performance metrics
• Support procurement in negotiating settlement agreements for claims and disputes
• Supervise and monitor bank bonds, performance securities, and insurance certificates
• Communicate contract terms, including FIDIC obligations, to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract and claims management, specifically under FIDIC
• Proven track record in executing complex industrial or infrastructure projects
• Mandatory knowledge of LOPSRM and RLOPSRM
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong legal awareness and negotiation skills
• Experience with CAPEX project lifecycles and documentation
