Contract Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support contract management teams across various projects and accounts to drive sales growth and revenue protection.
• Work closely with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand business priorities and account strategies.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks in collaboration with project leadership.
• Support pre-award sales activities, including deal shaping and contract drafting support.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts through effective communication.
• Provide input into performance management activities for contract management staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management.
• Demonstrated capability in conducting and supervising investigations, including compliance, employment, and governmental investigations.
• Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracting regulations, principles, and terms and conditions.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with executives at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Membership in World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM) or the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
• Relevant professional certification in contract management.
