Contract Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence and review terms and conditions for procurement contracts, sub-contracts, proposals, and NDAs.
• Conduct compliance and risk analysis for commercial software usage and reusable technical assets.
• Evaluate End User License Agreements (EULA) to determine rights for reusing or redistributing software and tools.
• Assist in negotiating access-related documentation and colocation arrangements in collaboration with legal counsel.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and deal teams regarding legal and commercial software licensing aspects.
• Support the development of process checklists, tracking reports, and documentation for the legal team.
• Identify process improvements and support the implementation of new initiatives within the Global Legal Network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 1-2 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm, in-house counsel, or legal outsourcing environment.
• Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Global professional certification related to compliance.
