  • Collaborate with business development to renew or draft rate agreements
  • Work with in-house counsel to red-line agreement drafts and negotiate terms
  • Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy
  • Perform KPI reporting and maintain client insurance certificates
  • Provide credit reports to the accounting department
