About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle expiring contracts and renewals in a timely manner
- Research regulations to ensure contract compliance with laws
- Collaborate with business development to renew or draft rate agreements
- Work with in-house counsel to red-line agreement drafts and negotiate terms
- Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy
- Perform KPI reporting and maintain client insurance certificates
- Provide credit reports to the accounting department
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in contract review
- Working knowledge of business law
- Strong financial skills to evaluate contract profitability
