About the role

Responsibilities

  • Draft contract documents based on new requests from the execution team
  • Monitor procurement workflows to ensure alignment with strategy
  • Review bid submissions for alignment with scope, schedule, and requirements
  • Assist in initiating or renewing governing agreements for vendors
  • Work with the commercial team to ensure compliance with client contractual obligations
  • Guide stakeholders on appropriate contract forms and assist in modifying scopes of work
  • Maintain progressive bid analysis documents and risk item lists
  • Monitor insurance documents for project and local authority compliance
  • Report status updates via project dashboards
  • Produce tender reports and award recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Proficiency in English
