About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft contract documents based on new requests from the execution team
- Monitor procurement workflows to ensure alignment with strategy
- Review bid submissions for alignment with scope, schedule, and requirements
- Assist in initiating or renewing governing agreements for vendors
- Work with the commercial team to ensure compliance with client contractual obligations
- Guide stakeholders on appropriate contract forms and assist in modifying scopes of work
- Maintain progressive bid analysis documents and risk item lists
- Monitor insurance documents for project and local authority compliance
- Report status updates via project dashboards
- Produce tender reports and award recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in English
