Contract Analyst

Responsibilities

• Track contract obligations and compliance status to mitigate commercial risks
• Draft and review various contract types, including MSAs, RFPs, subcontracts, and NDAs
• Record and manage key information and documentation related to contracts
• Advise on reviews and approvals in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Negotiate contract issues under the guidance of ERM attorneys
• Support the connection between business teams and the Legal Department to maintain a client-focused approach
• Provide contract-related information to business representatives and attorneys

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a contract manager, analyst, or administrator
• Experience handling complex client, customer, and supplier contracts (including subcontracts and NDAs)
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional video conference presence
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling service provider contracts with large corporate clients
• Experience helping business teams understand and mitigate risks associated with contract terms
• Working knowledge of environmental consulting or construction project contract structures
• Experience with contract and matter management applications
