About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and parameterize Service Orders (OS) in the RM ERP
- Review Service Orders for contract adherence regarding scope, values, and periodicity
- Control contractual validity and service recurrence
- Monitor deadlines and Service Order closures
- Ensure consistency between physical contracts and the RM system
- Identify inconsistencies between execution, contracts, and the system
- Support the measurement team with system-based data
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress)
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably RM
- Experience in administrative or contractual routines
