About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, financial, and operational support to business units and project teams.
  • Manage financial administration activities including invoice processing, expense tracking, purchase orders, and budget monitoring.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure timely payments and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial and administrative documentation, ensuring confidentiality and traceability.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities by compiling reports and assisting with reconciliations.
  • Assist in drafting presentations and professional communications in both English and Spanish.
  • Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and action items to ensure smooth operational execution.

Requirements

  • Technical or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative and financial operations within corporate or project-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and internal control processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
