Contract Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage contract management excellence by ensuring supply chain alignment with head contract rights and obligations
• Lead strategic negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers using strong commercial acumen
• Perform scope and cost analysis to assess work scope implications and project milestones
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal commercial outcomes
• Coordinate and manage claims and disputes with professionalism
• Review and monitor contractual and financial matters to ensure compliance with head contract requirements

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, legal studies, or business
• 2-6 years of experience in a contracts administration role within the construction industry
• Proven track record of leading commercial negotiations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• High level of technical competence, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
