Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end asset procurement, stock tracking, and distribution of company assets and onboarding kits
- Assist with basic laptop deployment and user account preparation for new hires
- Maintain and update internal company records, trackers, and databases
- Draft official company correspondence including employment confirmations and resignation acknowledgments
- Support internal communications and the planning of staff engagement activities and company events
- Coordinate office seating arrangements and workspace layouts
- Manage office supplies, printer maintenance, and vendor relationships for facilities management
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative, office management, or operations support roles
- Comfortable with basic IT troubleshooting and account creation
