Continuous Improvement Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily planning, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing activities to meet marketplace demand.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint, and assembly.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, lead time reduction, and quality improvement.
• Analyze existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.
• Partner with Operations and Functional Teams to identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.
• Coach project teams to fulfill quality, process improvement, and certification objectives.
• Facilitate projects that improve end-to-end processes, including setup, validation, and audit measurement systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven background in lean manufacturing.
