Continuous Improvement Specialist Junior

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction within warehouse operations.
• Analyze company processes and procedures to develop significant lean opportunities.
• Plan, facilitate, and execute continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Develop training materials and mentor team members on Lean processes and principles.
• Define program objectives, evaluate potential improvements, and establish implementation plans.
• Monitor the implementation of solutions to ensure objectives and expected benefits are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, to improve both production and transactional processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and influence cross-functional teams.
• English language skills are considered a plus.
