Continuous Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and problem-solving workshops.
• Develop and implement standard work procedures, visual management, and performance measurement systems.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress toward improvement goals to stakeholders.
• Support change management efforts by engaging stakeholders and building alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading process improvement initiatives in manufacturing, operations, or quality environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of successfully leading change management initiatives.
• Experience in mentoring, training, and developing colleagues in continuous improvement methodologies.
