About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and problem-solving workshops.
- Develop and implement standard work procedures, visual management, and performance measurement systems.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress toward improvement goals to stakeholders.
- Support change management efforts by engaging stakeholders and building alignment across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading process improvement initiatives in manufacturing, operations, or quality environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated history of successfully leading change management initiatives.
- Experience in mentoring, training, and developing colleagues in continuous improvement methodologies.
