Continuous Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes and implement targeted solutions to optimize key financial and business operations
• Design future-state processes that are efficient, well-controlled and scalable to support business growth
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify risks and drive resolution of complex problems
• Develop business cases and executive-level presentations to support improvement recommendations
• Build cross-functional relationships and facilitate workshops to ensure alignment on CI initiatives
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and systems
• Ensure people readiness through training, communication and post go-live support
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Project Management or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years in finance/business transformation and process improvement
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance operations
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or equivalent
• Consulting experience
• Bilingualism French/English
