About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze current-state processes and implement targeted solutions to optimize key financial and business operations
- Design future-state processes that are efficient, well-controlled and scalable to support business growth
- Perform root-cause analysis to identify risks and drive resolution of complex problems
- Develop business cases and executive-level presentations to support improvement recommendations
- Build cross-functional relationships and facilitate workshops to ensure alignment on CI initiatives
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and systems
- Ensure people readiness through training, communication and post go-live support
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Project Management or related field
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years in finance/business transformation and process improvement
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance operations
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or equivalent
- Consulting experience
- Bilingualism French/English
