About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes and implement targeted solutions to optimize financial and administrative operations
- Design efficient, well-controlled, and scalable target processes to support company growth
- Perform root cause analysis to identify risks and resolve complex problems
- Develop cost-benefit analyses and executive-level presentations to support improvement recommendations
- Build cross-functional relationships, facilitate workshops, and ensure alignment on all continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and systems
- Ensure team readiness through training, communication, and post-deployment support
- Support the CI Manager and Director through all project cycle phases (analysis, design, testing, deployment, maintenance)
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, administration, project management, or a related field
- 7 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in financial/operational transformation and process improvement
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial operations (period close, reporting, general ledger)
- Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent certification (asset)
- Consulting experience (asset)
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
- Bilingualism in French/English (asset)
