Continuous Improvement Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the site owner for IoTORQ/OEE, ensuring the effective implementation of the Saputo Operation Excellence System.
• Manage and report on plant OEE to ensure accurate measurement of manufacturing performance.
• Monitor plant capacity and optimize asset utilization to manage complexity.
• Develop a 3-5 year plant master plan in collaboration with the Plant Manager to improve performance, processes, and culture.
• Identify improvement opportunities within the yearly budget and track achieved site benefits.
• Lead small to medium Lean Six Sigma projects and support root cause analysis investigations.
• Analyze daily production data to minimize total delivered costs and prioritize loss reduction.
• Execute yearly internal health checks for the Saputo Operation Excellence System.
• Serve as the site trainer for continuous improvement modules and tools.
• Build CI competence within the plant by developing key personnel and providing project exposure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education in operations management, logistics, or warehousing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI) modules and tools.
• Proven ability to manage projects to achieve specific improvement targets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Green Belt certification.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile.
• Experience with change management in a manufacturing environment.
