Continuous Improvement (PEAK) Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of PEAK phases using standard project management principles to optimize value streams and work processes.
• Build and foster a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture within the Neosho Distribution Center.
• Align CI initiatives with the site master plan using tools such as Value Stream Mapping and DMAIC problem-solving methods.
• Partner with and coach the site team to integrate CI methods and strategies into daily operations.
• Lead the site's productivity governance program, including the identification, facilitation, and tracking of productivity projects.
• Provide analytics and business intelligence to support project selection, root-cause analysis, and project validation.
• Track and report productivity results and strategic updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience in a continuous improvement or process improvement role with a track record of measurable results.
• Proven expertise in change management and leading organizational change initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams to achieve complex results.
• Working knowledge of common distribution systems and processes.
