Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a plant change agent and leader for the Stratas Performance System (SPS) and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead and embed a continuous improvement culture across designated manufacturing facilities.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact improvement opportunities from ideation to completion.
• Support training teams with leadership onboarding and ongoing training to deploy SPS concepts on the production floor.
• Perform SPS audits to promote accountability and ensure tools and behaviors are effectively utilized.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
• Provide expertise and coaching in Lean methodologies, including Kanban, Value Stream Maps, Agile, and A3 Problem Solving.
• Conduct analysis of existing operations to propose fact-based solutions and execute change plans across value streams.
• Collaborate with the SPS Leadership Steering Team to improve the SPS framework and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 8+ years of continuous improvement experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) manufacturing or a similar industry.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Power BI and experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support various Stratas locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's).
• 7+ years of experience in multi-site leadership.
• Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
