About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead CORE and overall continuous improvement activities at the Product Delivery Center to drive tangible metric improvements across all product lines.
  • Collect, standardize, report, and automate KPI metrics at the PDC, product, and flow line levels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and execute improvement plans for KPI metrics, CORE maturity, Standard Production System (SPS), and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Plan and lead business-level CORE events, including quarterly CORE Leadership Weeks, and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
  • Ensure robust process execution by creating and improving PFMEAs in support of product execution readiness.
  • Oversee CORE proficiency growth for the PDC employee population in collaboration with Black Belt and Red-X Specialists.
  • Support business process audit preparations and follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • CORE Apprentice Certification or 3+ years of working experience in lean, continuous improvement, or operations.
  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
  • Ability to perform minimal, infrequent travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CORE Professional Certification, Green Belt, or Black Belt Certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and influence others.
