Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver successful process improvement opportunities within the Supply Chain
• Independently lead high-impact, cross-functional teams using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
• Work with senior leadership (VP level and higher) to deliver meaningful business results
• Manage high-value projects and large Kaizen teams independently
• Develop relationships and build credibility with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Drive culture change by leading root-cause elimination and data-based decision-making
• Develop people by working with shop floor to management to increase lean culture maturity
• Utilize system skills for frequent data pulls and statistical analysis
• Travel within North America (approximately 50-75%)

Requirements

• 3 years of work experience in a Continuous Improvement function (Lean, Six Sigma, and/or TPM)
• 2 years of experience in facilitating and leading improvement events
• Green Belt Certification required
• Ability to travel up to 75% (including potential international travel)

Preferred Qualifications

• Black Belt Certification
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
