About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the continuous improvement program for the manufacturing site
  • Develop and facilitate lean manufacturing skills for plant personnel
  • Deliver against plant performance KPIs, budget, and cost savings projects
  • Manage the application of all programs within the Henkel Production System

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Six Sigma, Kaizen, A3, or other structured problem-solving methods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
