About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the continuous improvement program for the manufacturing site
- Develop and facilitate lean manufacturing skills for plant personnel
- Deliver against plant performance KPIs, budget, and cost savings projects
- Manage the application of all programs within the Henkel Production System
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing
- Proficiency in Six Sigma, Kaizen, A3, or other structured problem-solving methods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
