Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and evolution of the operational excellence program at the Jacarepaguá site
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, including OEE, OPEX, COGS, Lead Time, and productivity
• Structure and implement routines for identifying and eliminating waste
• Apply and develop structured operational excellence methodologies such as TPM, IWS, or HAPS
• Lead strategic transformation projects with measurable business impact
• Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and engagement
• Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Interface with Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and HR departments
• Serve as a strategic reference for expanding the model to other areas and operations within the LATAM region

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, or a related field
• Solid experience working within an industrial environment
• Proven track record in the practical implementation of continuous improvement programs
• Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or equivalent methodologies
• Experience with structured operational excellence programs such as IWS or HAPS
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and strategic projects
• Fluent English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Spanish language skills
• Previous experience in expanding or replicating programs across multiple units or regions
• Experience working within complex organizational environments undergoing cultural transformation
