Continuous Improvement Manager

About the Company

Almetra is on a mission to reinvent how factories work by building AI-powered computer vision systems. We provide manufacturers with deep visibility into production lines to solve real operational problems regarding efficiency, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Train customers on AI-powered improvement through workshops and training materials
• Analyze production data and video insights to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Generate practical, measurable recommendations for improving customer workflows
• Drive implementation and guide customers on scaling improvement measures
• Track and monitor the impact of implemented actions
• Build strong relationships with customer teams as a trusted Lean and CI partner
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, product, and sales teams

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing, CI, or process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of implementing successful Lean or CI initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
• Fluency in German and English
• Ability to work with operators, engineers, and leadership teams
• Collaborative mindset and interest in AI and automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with time studies, MTM, OEE, value stream mapping, or ergonomic assessments
• Background in Kaizen facilitation or large-scale CI programs
• Familiarity with enterprise software or industrial digital transformation
