Continuous Improvement Leader (DBSL)

Responsibilities

• Drive optimization of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity by championing the Danaher Business System (DBS)
• Lead the deployment of DBS tools including Daily Management, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, TPM, and SMED
• Facilitate and lead daily, weekly, and monthly L3 Operations meetings
• Coach and mentor site teams to build long-term capability in structured problem solving and Kaizen excellence
• Partner with Site Leadership to create Policy Deployment frameworks, Bowler Charts, and Action Plans
• Analyze manufacturing site KPIs to develop and execute optimization work packages
• Manage the site DBS roadmap and Kaizen funnels to ensure sustained performance improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Business (professional engineering certification or Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in process improvement using Lean manufacturing methodologies
• Strong background in project management and business process analysis
• Demonstrated track record of optimizing KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kanban, Heijunka, and waste elimination
• Expertise in inventory reduction and productivity improvement techniques
• High-level presentation skills with the ability to build strategic relationships
