Continuous Improvement Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of improvement plans by assisting leaders and regional teams with information organization and schedules
• Maintain contact with operational sites to support continuous improvement activities and data collection
• Assist in monitoring action plans, updating statuses, and organizing evidence
• Monitor Continuous Improvement (CI) indicators and project KPIs through reports and dashboards
• Contribute to the consolidation of results by site and region for corporate reporting
• Support Continuous Improvement and Kaizen workshops, including material preparation and logistics
• Participate in or lead small-scale continuous improvement projects under leadership guidance

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production, Industrial Management, or related fields
• Availability for on-site work in Ipatinga
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Intermediate English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate Spanish
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen
• Academic projects or introductory courses in continuous improvement
• Previous internship experience in Continuous Improvement
