Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and eliminate waste
• Optimize workflows and implement sustainable solutions to enhance operational performance
• Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, facility layouts, material flow, and standard work using Lean principles
• Influence change across multiple functional areas to align with quality, safety, and operational goals

Requirements

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in data analysis and process engineering
• Experience with human-centered design
• Strong analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills
