Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for productivity, quality, and safety
• Lead and support improvement projects from conception through implementation to ensure measurable results
• Gather and analyze data using statistical tools to identify trends and root causes
• Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to align improvement initiatives
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, project progress, and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or quality engineering
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab or Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification
• Experience in project management
