Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on the ground for inspections, including performing product inspections in factories and training inspectors
• Perform internal audits to ensure inspection SOPs and client requirements are followed
• Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities across physical tools, IT tools, AI technologies, and data management
• Partner with support departments to address issues reported by inspectors or clients
• Autonomously manage selected LEAN projects to improve lead-time, quality, and costs

Requirements

• Student in Engineering, Quality Management, or Supply Chain
• Knowledge of LEAN methods
• Good level of English
• Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork
• Strong interpersonal communication and project management skills
• Textile industry knowledge is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a second language
