About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement the PEAK methodology to drive improved decision support and operational outcomes.
- Facilitate the development of the Site Master Plan to deliver long and short-term business objectives through waste elimination and employee engagement.
- Own the identification, facilitation, and tracking of functional cost improvement projects.
- Coach and train leadership teams, "champions," and work groups in the use of Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and problem-solving methodologies.
- Build and deploy systems to optimize value streams, work processes, and PACS (Processes, Applications, Capabilities, and Systems).
- Provide analytics and business intelligence to support project selection, root-cause analysis, and project validation.
- Align CI initiatives with the overarching strategic plan and global PEAK agenda.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
- 5 years of Functional or Operational Leadership experience.
- DMAIC Green Belt or equivalent certification.
- Proven expertise in Project Management and leading large-scale projects.
- Experience with Mission Directed Work Teams, Policy Deployment, or Goal Alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strategic and tactical experience in Lean or TPM environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven business intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and motivate diverse teams.
