About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the implementation of standard work and Global HPS processes to achieve safety, quality, and OEE targets
  • Own Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and the effective execution of daily management systems including SIM, DH, CILT, CL, and 5S
  • Coach and train teams to ensure effective execution of daily management and identify gaps through regular health checks
  • Drive SIM process by ensuring teams follow daily board protocols, managing action planners, and flagging resource needs
  • Leverage MES systems for tracking and reporting data and loss analysis
  • Support company digitalization initiatives and lead the capability building for root cause analysis processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Continuous Improvement experience
  • Manufacturing site leadership experience
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 5-Why, DMAIC)
  • Experience leading or deploying Digital Manufacturing technologies in an operational excellence context
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a hands-on, shop-floor orientation
