About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the implementation of standard work and Global HPS processes to achieve safety, quality, and OEE targets
- Own Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and the effective execution of daily management systems including SIM, DH, CILT, CL, and 5S
- Coach and train teams to ensure effective execution of daily management and identify gaps through regular health checks
- Drive SIM process by ensuring teams follow daily board protocols, managing action planners, and flagging resource needs
- Leverage MES systems for tracking and reporting data and loss analysis
- Support company digitalization initiatives and lead the capability building for root cause analysis processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Continuous Improvement experience
- Manufacturing site leadership experience
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 5-Why, DMAIC)
- Experience leading or deploying Digital Manufacturing technologies in an operational excellence context
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a hands-on, shop-floor orientation
