Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable and sustainable improvements across all operations and support functions
• Coach and train employees on lean tools and waste reduction techniques
• Facilitate, lead, and participate in cross-functional Kaizen events and workshops
• Use data-based decision-making and structured problem-solving processes
• Develop and document process and system documentation
• Write business cases and capital expenditure requests, assessing the financial impact of CI actions
• Lead or co-lead facility and operations upgrades or enhancements
• Share best practices with local leadership and enterprise teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of Continuous Improvement experience or a relevant bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of Lean/TPS fundamentals (e.g., 5S, VSM, Kaizen, Standard Work)
• Proven experience in project management and change management
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer applications
• Ability to work effectively as both an individual contributor and a team leader

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience facilitating Lean OPEX conversions
• Background in Operations, Material Flow, Supply Chain, or Product Development
• Demonstrated success in team building and coaching
• Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
