Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize company process performance in terms of quality, cost, lead time, and safety using structured methodologies.
• Analyze existing production, logistics, and quality processes to identify waste and areas for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and Kanban.
• Manage the employee suggestion system by collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing ideas to foster a culture of participation.
• Support the ISO 9001 quality management system through internal audits and documentation updates.
• Train and sensitize teams to continuous improvement tools and facilitate multidisciplinary workshops.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report results to site management.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and industrial processes.
• Expertise in quality tools such as AMDEC (FMEA), PDCA, and DMAIC.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to manage performance indicators.
• Proven ability in project management and change management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
